The Bread sous Chef leads the bread team in the production of all bread products for restaurant, retail, catering and wholesale operations.
Ideal candidates possess a formal culinary education with a concentration in baking, 3 years of professional baking experience in a leadership capacity. Requires strong organizational skills and a desire to mentor the next generation of bread bakers.
